Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Quman website, waitlist, and app, which are provided by Jupiter Labs ("we", "us"). By using Quman, you agree to these terms.

The service

Quman is a personal assistant that reads the sources you connect, prepares finished tasks, and carries out actions after you approve them. Today you can join a waitlist; access to the app is offered gradually. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You approve every action

Quman works on an approve-before-it-acts basis. It prepares work and shows it to you, and it does not send, change, or delete anything until you approve that specific action. When you approve an action, you authorize us to carry it out on your behalf, and you are responsible for the actions you approve. Please review prepared work before approving it.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Quman.

Acceptable use

Do not use Quman for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
Do not use Quman to send spam or to violate the terms of services you connect.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Only connect accounts and data that you are authorized to use.

Connected and third-party services

When you connect a service such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, or Todoist, your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connecting them is at your discretion. You can disconnect a service at any time.

Intellectual property

Quman, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by Jupiter Labs and protected by law. You keep ownership of your own content. You grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you, such as processing your content to prepare and complete tasks you request.

Disclaimers

Quman is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that prepared work will always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing work before you approve it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jupiter Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Quman. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Termination

You may stop using Quman at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Jupiter Labs' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Quman after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
